Not financial advice

The Makeover Hub is a tracking and planning tool. Budgets, forecasts, deposit dates, net worth, negative-gearing figures and reports are estimates based on information you enter, and may be incomplete or wrong. They are general information only, not financial, tax, legal or credit advice. Speak to a licensed financial adviser, accountant or mortgage broker before making decisions.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the information you add. You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you and the people you invite.

Plans and payment

• The Personal plan is free.
• Investor and Household are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in Australian dollars through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Your first paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
• You can cancel any time from Plan & billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part periods, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app: no unlawful activity, attempts to access other people's data, or interference with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Renovation services

Makeover, renovation and joint-venture services are quoted and agreed separately in writing; these terms don't cover them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using estimates in the app, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
